The Q'Straint Ambulok Electrical Cot Securement System (Q10-021) brings power-assisted docking capability to NEMT cot transport. This electrically actuated system delivers the same SAE J3027 crash-certified performance as the Ambulok Mechanical System, with the added speed and reduced physical demand of powered docking.
The Q10-021 installs into any NEMT cargo van or minivan equipped with Q'STRAINT OMNI Floor and is compatible with virtually any cot currently in your fleet via a compatible bracket — no cot modification required.
Electrical vs. Mechanical — Which System is Right for You?
The Q10-021 Electrical System uses power-assisted docking to reduce operator effort and speed up loading — a fit for high-volume fleets and operators running powered cots. The Q10-018 Mechanical System delivers the same crash-certified compliance at a lower entry point with fully manual operation. Both systems use the same Ambulok cot brackets and patient restraint, and both are SAE J3027 certified.
