This bracket fits both the Merits Vision Ultra P325 and Avid Rehab Velocity

NOTES:

Chair has threaded mounting hole for 5/8″ docking bolt from factory. This part is a Drivers Kit, which is comprised of the docking bolt, advanced stabilizer, and stabilizer hardware to be used with the QLK-150.
